Area Update

Between the McCloud, Upper Sac and Lower Sac, there are a whole lot of good things happening. A few words that might help describe what's been goin' on up here; Insanely nice weather, wet wading, dry flies, shallow water nymphing, quantity and quality fish, monster hatches, Golden Stones, Caddis, PMDs, evening cocktail floats hunting for heads, jet boats, drift boats, walk and wade.. and a hell of a lot of smiles, laughs and high fives. The Good Times Keep Rollin’

Gobs of PMDs and Caddis are driving the fishing right now. Flows are up just over 8K. Dry dropper fishing is good in certain parts of the river. Fish are in skinny water and are looking up in the right spots during the right time. Expect the evening Caddis hatches to only get better as we get into July.
