Deposit and Payment Policies
A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your fishing dates. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your trip. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to your trip, then your deposit is fully refundable. If you cancel inside of 30 days from your trip then your deposit will be forfeited. At this time we are only accepting cash or check. Payments can also be made electronically, through Venmo. Mailing address – 13277 Padani Drive, Redding, CA, 96003. Be sure to have your current CA fishing license along with steelhead report card. “In accordance with Federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. (Not all prohibited bases apply to all programs.) “This institution is operated under special use permit with the Shasta-Trinity National Forest.”
Weather and River Conditions:
While every effort will be made to ensure customer satisfaction and safety, there are some factors that are outside of our control. Your guide reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip due to unsafe weather conditions or unfavorable river conditions. Note that trips will not be canceled, simply because of cold weather, rain or snow. If the river is fishable, it is expected that your guided fly fishing trip will take place.
