Fall, Finally.

Fall, Finally.

Our banner summer fishing on the Sac has transitioned pretty nicely into the Fall Egg drop. There hasn’t been much of a lull in the fishing all year. The cool spell we just had was a very welcomed change of pace. The Kings are cutting redds and dropping eggs, making for some very good fishing. We can expect this to last well into November this year as the Kings started their spawn a little late this year. There are still a couple of open days on the calendar this year to get in on this bomber fishing. This is coinciding with steelhead season too. November and December are great months to be chasing these anadromous fish on the Klamath and Trinity.
